Healing is "becoming whole again". 

 

There are times when we feel the need for some support along our journey. I work with intuition, earth wisdom and spirit, to help you re-weave the fragmented threads of your life into wholeness again.

 

As known in ancient healing traditions, the luminous energy field surrounds and encompasses our physical body and within it is stored the imprints of our thoughts, emotions, ancestry, and all that we have seen, heard and experienced in our lives.

The intensity of challenges, shock, trauma, injury, stressful and/or toxic situations and environments, along with  negative and destructive habits, all effect our energy. What is in our energy field manifests within our thoughts, our bodies, our lives and relationships. In this way, we can say, we are creating how we experience life, from within.

Energy Healing is subtle yet profound; releasing and transforming energy, so that you may re-attune and re-align with your essence. 

 

Themes we may work with include: Stress, Pain, Injury, Addictions & Destructive Patterns, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Illness, Feeling 'Stuck' or 'Blocked', Grief & Transitions, Attuning with your Soul Wisdom, Intuition & Receiving Guidance for your Life, Calling in & Creating your Gifts & Visions… 

The healing sessions may include: journeying, cleaning & transforming discordant energies and patterns, releasing blockages in the physical body, balancing the mental and emotional bodies, calling home fragmented soul parts, realigning, rebalancing and restoring the luminous energy field.

I work with you - not for you - so that you are responsible and active in your own healing. During the session you may receive insights and reflection, and be given tools to continue to work with for integration & growth.

SESSION DETAILS:

We begin the session with a conversation, exploring what you are wanting to work with and asking for support with. 

We will then journey, working within the energy field and the otherworld. The space is held with sound and silence. You may hear me toning, or making sounds to help release energies. At times I may ask you to breathe and focus into a certain area, or ask what you are feeling or experiencing.

The healing session will be closed with a prayer, and a little time to talk and reflect on the session. I recommend taking some notes on what we have discussed and what you experienced. Recommendations of supportive practices may be shared for deeper integration.

The effects of the healing will continue to unfold in the following days and weeks, and may extend out over months.

Sessions for children and animals are offered by donation

 

WHEN AND WHERE:

I work with the energy field and spirit realms, which are not limited to time and space. I currently offer distance sessions, which I have found are just as powerful as meeting in person. 

You will need an internet connection, or to be able to call by phone, and to be in a place where you can lay down/sit in quiet.

These sessions can be received on their own, or as part of a series of sessions for deeper work.
