Aluna Healing Retreat Terms & Conditions

 

Booking

If you would like to make a booking, please contact us requesting your preferred retreat dates. We will respond to you via email or WhatsApp chat and invite you to an into call.  Once your place has been confirmed, a deposit payment is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but in some cases, we would consider carrying a deposit forward to another retreat within 12 months of your payment date.

The remaining balance of your retreat is to be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your travel date.

Please note that flights and insurance are not included in the pricing and you are responsible for arranging these. 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your retreat, please inform us as soon as possible. As stated above, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 6 weeks of your travel date, the following policy applies:

Up to 3 weeks prior to departure No Refund*
3 - 6 weeks prior to departure 50% Refund*
6 weeks or more Full Refund (minus £70 admin fee)

*Please note that if we can sell your space, you will qualify for a full refund minus a £70 admin fee.

 

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

Naturally, no-one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

 

Liability

We do NOT accept any liability for: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.

 

Health

Please read the information below carefully:

Non-disclosure of relevant health information, whether physical or psychiatric, can invalidate your travel insurance and cancel our contractual obligation to you. You should in any case inform us of any health issues prior to booking.

In order to avoid injury, we ask that you agree to follow all instructions given to you by your teacher. It being understood that any deviation by you from such instructions shall be at your own risk.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries suffered, caused in whole or in part by failure to follow instructions.

Our retreats are not suitable if you cannot take responsibility for yourself either physically or emotionally.

 

Dietary requirements:

Whilst we try to accommodate your dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free diet. Aluna Healing will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst staying at the venue.

 

Behaviour:

We reserve the right to ask any guests to leave whose behavior is disruptive or threatening (no refund will be offered).

 

Additional Information

While we have never cancelled a retreat, if we must cancel or change a specific date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another date, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

Aluna Healing is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. 

 

Aluna Healing Retreat Wellness Guidelines

A foundational principle of Aluna Healing retreats is self responsibility - being accountable and responsible for our own energy, thoughts, actions and wellbeing. 

By attending a retreat with Aluna Healing, you agree to be responsible for your own choices and actions, listening to your body, honouring and respecting yourself and others. 

If you feel unwell or unable to participate in a practice you are responsible for informing the retreat leader. We also ask that any concerns, issues or challenges are addressed one to one with the retreat leader, so we may explore how to support you, and/or make changes to improve.

Participants are asked to help keep the retreat spaces clean & tidy; so that the retreat is a nurturing & clear space that can be enjoyed by all. Thank you
