Aluna Healing Retreat Wellness Guidelines

A foundational principle of Aluna Healing retreats is self responsibility - being accountable and responsible for our own energy, thoughts, actions and wellbeing. 

By attending a retreat with Aluna Healing, you agree to be responsible for your own choices and actions, listening to your body, honouring and respecting yourself and others. 

If you feel unwell or unable to participate in a practice you are responsible for informing the retreat leader. We also ask that any concerns, issues or challenges are addressed one to one with the retreat leader, so we may explore how to support you, and/or make changes to improve.

Participants are asked to help keep the retreat spaces clean & tidy; so that the retreat is a nurturing & clear space that can be enjoyed by all. Thank you

Cancellations Policy:

If you need to cancel your retreat booking and it is more than 21 days of the retreat start date, your 50% deposit will be refunded. If your place on the retreat is subsequently filled, you will receive a further refund for the balance of your full payment, minus £50 admin fees.

If your cancellation is within 21 days of the retreat, there is no refund, unless your place on the retreat is filled by someone else, in which case a refund will be made in full, minus £50 admin fees.

Alternatively if you need to cancel a booking, you can choose to join another retreat, and and keep the payment made as credit for another date. This is also on the condition, that if it is within 21 days of the retreat start date, that your place on the retreat is filled by someone else. If the future retreat is a higher price you will need to pay the balance.
